Abstract


performance mediated by corporate social responsibility. The population in this
research are property and real estate’s companies listed at Indonesian Stock
Exchange by 2015-2016. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling
method. Around 50 companies has been analized with path analysis by using
software SPSS 17.0. from the analysis could be concluded that Independent
commissioner has influence on corporate social responsibility but board size, audit
committee dan intellectual capital have no influence on corporate social
responsibility. audit committee, intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility
has influence on corporate financial performance but board size and independent
commissioner have no influence on corporate financial performance. This research
also shown that corporate social responsibility only capable of mediating the
relationship of Indepependent commisioner toward corporate financial performance
