FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA PEGAWAI DI BAGIAN ADMINISTRASI KUANGAN SEKRETARIAT DAERAH PROVINSI RIAU

Abstract


This research aimed to examine the effect of work motivation, work competence,
role perception, organizational support and perception organizational culture on the
performance of employees with the object of research Finance Administration
Division Ragional Secretariat Riau Province. The methode of sampling using sample
and sampling censuses by using error rate 5%. The author conducted research
based on data retrieval techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis used
characteristic quantitative data analysis through multiple linear regression equations
with t test and partial test of R2 and collect data processed with help of SPSS 22.0
statistics program. The results obtained conclusion as partial that five variable t
(5,548, 2,460, -0,268, -2,475 and 4,185). It concluded that the five variables are
work motivation, work competence, and organizational culture has a significant
effect on performance and perception roles and perceptions of organizational
support have no significant effect on performance, in this research affected
employees performance at Administration section of Regional Secretariat of Riau
Province. In addition, the acuquisition of the determination of the test in which the
value of R is 0,753 and R2 0,508 or 50,8% of independent variables affect the
dependent variable and 49,2% is influenced by other variables
