ORGANISASI, KUALITAS SDM, MOTIVASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA OPD KABUPATEN KAMPAR

Abstract


This study aims to examine the effect of internal control, good governance,
organizational culture, quality of human resources, motivation and organizational
commitment on the employee performance of local government in District
Government of Kampar. The samples use were as many as 90 people are
respondents. The population in this study is 34 working units Kampar district. The
type of data used is primary data by using questionnaire method of data collection.
The result showed that: 1) Internal Control has influence on the employee
performance of local government, 2) Good Governance has influence on the
employee performance government. 3) Organizational Culture has influence on the
employee performance of local government 4) Quality of Human Resources has
influence on the employee performance of local government, 5) Motivation has
influence on the employee performance of local government 6) Commitment
Organizational has influence on the employee performance of local government.
From all the testingist done it can be concluded that the variables of internal control,
good governance, organizational culture, quality of human resources, motivation,
and organizational commitment that it used to explain 63,1% of employee
performance of local government variables. While there meaning 36,9% are
influence do rexplained by other variables not included in this study.
